Day one:

Today was the first day of my journey. I can not deny I was a little anxious today and nervous about getting back to the gym. I was struggling with finding clothes that would help me feel more comfortable while working out, and could not help to talk down myself as I put my T-shirt and leggings on. I was fortunate to have my boyfriend Bryan by my side as my workout buddy to encourage me through out my workout. As I entered the gym I could feel a little discouraged, and I avoided mirrors because I did not feel confident, but after the workout I felt  accomplished, and motivated to keep going!
