Evening wonderful humans! Today I had two interviews so pray for me that they went well. My knee has been killing me so I decided to take a rest day. As I mentioned in my workout page I will be taking two rest days every week. So I will be doing legs tomorrow and doing full body Saturday and resting Sunday! I am going to try and not go over my goal calories on MyFitnessPal!
So since I am taking a rest day, I figured I still provided some cool facts that can help us reach our goal and living a healthier lifestyle.
